✨ 腾讯视频面向全球创作者，正式启动海外AI精品影视项目全链路孵化计划。本次活动聚焦以AI为核心制作手段的海外精品影视内容，重点面向欧美市场，广泛寻求优质合作伙伴，共同探索AI影视创作的无限可能。

As the ability of AI technology to assist in the creation of premium film and television content continues to improve, Tencent Video is officially launching the Overseas AI Premium Film & Television Incubation Program for global creators. This activity focuses on premium overseas film and television content with AI as the core production method, primarily targeting the U.S. market, seeking high-quality partners to explore the infinite possibilities of AI film and television creation.

✨ 2026年孵化计划共八期，每个自然月一期，次月15日前统一反馈上月项目的初筛结果及合作意向。对于最终入选的项目，腾讯视频（以下或称“平台”）将根据实际项目情况提供投资·码盘·制作·算力·发行全链路合作支持。

The 2026 incubation plan consists of eight phases, one per calendar month. Feedback on the preliminary screening results and cooperation intentions for projects submitted in the previous month will be provided before the 15th of the following month. For the final selected projects, Tencent Video (hereinafter referred to as "the platform") will provide cooperation support including Investment, Resource Packaging, Production, Computing Power, and Distribution according to the actual project situation.

本次征集设三大合作单元，申报者可根据项目进度选择对应单元：

There are three cooperation units for this solicitation. Applicants can choose the corresponding unit based on the project progress:

▍合作单元

Collaboration Unit

• 制作中/成片合作单元：须有完整剧本及主创，已完成影片60%以上制作（含已完成全片的成片）。

In-Production/Completed Film & TV Collaboration Unit: Must have a complete script and core crew, with more than 60% of the film production completed (including completed films).

• 项目合作单元：处于开发/筹备阶段，须有完整剧本及主创构想。

Project Collaboration Unit: In development/pre-production stage; must have complete script and core crew concepts.

• 剧本/IP合作单元：剧本/IP处于可授权阶段，版权清晰无争议。

Script/IP Collaboration Unit: Script/IP is in the licensable stage; clear copyright with no disputes.

Project Category

• 流媒体电影：总时长≥120min

Streaming Movies: Total length ≥120min

• 迷你剧集：总时长≥120min，单集20~40min，连续剧或单元剧

Mini-series: Total length ≥120min, single episode 20-40min

• 横屏剧集：总时长≥120min，单集≥10min，连续剧情

Horizontal series: Total length ≥120min, single episode ≥10min

• 系列短片集：总时长≥120min，单片≥10min，独立故事但主题统一

Short film collections: Total length ≥120min, single film ≥10min

注：成片合作总时长可放宽至60min以上。

Note: The minimum total length for completed film & TV may be relaxed to 60 minutes.

▍项目要求

Project Requirements

• 目标受众：欧美本土用户为核心的非华语影片/剧集，优先英语语种。

Target Audience: English films/series for U.S. users.

• 制作手段：以AI为主，包括AI直生、AI+迁移拍摄、AI+实拍混制等横屏内容。

Production Method: AI-core, including AI-generated, AI+migration, AI+live-action hybrid, etc.

注：IP作品须具备系列化开发价值

Note: IP projects must demonstrate potential for series development.

申报提交 → 评估筛选→ 反馈与洽谈 → 合作签约

Submission → Screening → Feedback & Negotiation → Contract Signing.

▍申报批次：共八期，每个自然月一期

The 2026 incubation plan consists of eight phases, one per calendar month.

每月持续接受申报，次月15日前统一反馈上月提交项目初步筛选结果及合作意向。

Feedback for the previous month's submissions will be provided before the 15th of the following month.

入围项目将由平台内容制作团队从内容价值、制作水准、市场潜力、AI可应用程度等维度综合评估，最终以平台实际评估反馈结果为准。

Projects will be evaluated on content value, production quality, market potential, and AI applicability. Final results are subject to the platform’s actual assessment.

合作方式

Cooperation Models

在反馈和洽谈阶段，平台会给通过初筛的项目专业的评估和反馈，并可能会根据项目情况协助项目进行改进和优化。

During the feedback stage, the platform will provide professional assessments and may assist in project optimization.

平台将选择满足合作需求的项目进行单独签约，达成签约合作的项目，平台提供投资·码盘·制作·算力·发行全链路支撑，最终以实际签约的合作合同为准。

The platform will select qualified projects for individual partnership agreements. For projects that successfully enter into cooperation agreements, the platform will provide cooperation support including Investment, Resource Packaging, Production, Computing Power, and Distribution according to the actual project situation. Final cooperation terms shall be governed by the executed agreement.

注：具体合作方式将由平台根据实际项目情况选择确定，并以届时双方实际签约的合作合同约定为准。

参与本计划之前，您应完整阅读并同意页面下方活动规则（含个人信息授权条款），一旦您开始提交申报即视为您已经同意前述规则以及《灵芽社区服务协议》及其他相关灵芽平台规则。

Before participating in this program, you should read in full and agree to the "Activity Rules" (including personal information authorization clauses). Once you begin submitting an application, it is deemed that you have agreed to the aforementioned rules as well as the "Lingya Community Service Agreement" and other relevant Lingya platform rules.

Special Notices:

1. 申报者须为所提交项目的原始权利人或经充分、有效授权的代表，有权将申报作品及相关内容信息用于本计划相关合作。

The applicant must be the original rights holder of the submitted project or a fully and effectively authorized representative, with the right to use the submitted works and related content information for cooperation related to this program.

2. 申报者须确保申报作品具备合法、有效的著作权权利，并须保证所提交的申报作品、相关内容信息不会违法违规，不会触犯社会公德与公序良俗，不会侵犯他人合法权益，不存在、也不会引发版权或其他争议，否则，平台有权取消申报资格，申报者需自行承担因此产生的责任与后果。

The applicant must ensure that the submitted work possesses legal and valid copyright. They must guarantee that the submitted works and related information do not violate laws or regulations, do not offend social ethics or public order and good customs, and do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others. No copyright or other disputes should exist or be triggered; otherwise, the platform has the right to cancel the application eligibility, and the applicant shall bear the resulting responsibilities and consequences.

3. 申报时所提交的作品、内容信息将仅供平台内部评估和反馈评估结果使用，平台将对其中所涉及的商业机密、未公开的隐私与个人信息予以保密。

The works and content information submitted during application will only be used for the platform's internal evaluation and the feedback of evaluation results. The platform will maintain the confidentiality of involved business secrets, undisclosed privacy, and personal information.

4. 平台有权对申报作品进行自主商业评估，并对评估结果享有最终决定权；初筛评估过程中的反馈及初筛反馈结果，不构成任何合作承诺，最终是否达成合作以及具体的合作安排应以届时的另行签订的合作合同为准。

The platform has the right to conduct independent commercial evaluations of the submitted works and enjoys the final decision-making power over the evaluation results. Feedback provided during the preliminary screening process and the results of the preliminary screening do not constitute any commitment to cooperation. Whether a final cooperation is reached and the specific arrangements thereof shall be subject to the separate cooperation contract signed at that time.

5. 初筛入选后，申报者须配合后续申报作品的继续评估及合作洽谈工作，不得无故撤回或单方终止已入选项目。

After being selected in the preliminary screening, the applicant must cooperate with the subsequent continued evaluation and cooperation negotiations for the submitted work. The applicant may not withdraw or unilaterally terminate the selected project without a valid reason.
